VOLUNTEERING
Frocktober
Frocktober is an annual fundraising campaign that combines fashion with philanthropy to support ovarian cancer research. Participants raise money for Australia’s Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation by wearing a different dress every day through the month of October. As a longtime supporter of Frocktober, I have participated seven times, and served as an ambassador for OCRF marketing campaigns.
For me, Frocktober is an opportunity to share my love of vintage clothing while raising much-needed funds for an important cause. Frocktober is the OCRF’s biggest annual fundraiser, regularly raising over $1 million to fund vital research to help detect, treat and prevent ovarian cancer.
